Dewar Public Schools is embarking on a project to honor its athletic history by collecting photos of all All-State players from all sports. The collected photos will be displayed in new trophy cases in the school gym to celebrate “Dragon excellence” for years to come.

The initiative aims to balance campus improvements with the preservation and honoring of the school’s history.

To be included, the school is requesting that submissions meet the following photo and information requirements:

• An individual picture in a Dewar uniform or an all-state uniform

• The player’s full name

• The sport

• The team (Fast-Pitch, Football, Cheer, etc.)

• The year

• The position Once submitted, the photos and information will be framed and showcased.

Former players, families and alumni are encouraged to share this post and help spread the word to ensure every Dragon is honored.
