--- Game 1: Holland Hall 24, Morris 6 The Dutch wasted no time jumping on the scoreboard in the first game, putting up a seven-run opening inning to take immediate control. Cohen Sanford got things going with a run-scoring double, followed by an RBI walk by Aiden Burleson, a run-scoring single by Kaysen Fredieu, and a two-run single by Trip Reynolds. A steal of home added two more runs in the explosive frame.
Holland Hall kept the momentum going in the second inning with a single from Carson Ward, a walk by Clark Sanford, and a double by Fredieu that continued to push runs across.
The Dutch delivered a massive third inning, scoring eight runs on nine hits. Luke Beeler, Rowan Stirling, Burleson, and Fredieu all contributed RBIs in the inning, with Trey Burleson smashing a two-run double and Stirling adding another RBI single to cap off the rally.
Five more runs came across in the fifth, including a two-RBI single from Burleson, a hit-by-pitch RBI by Fredieu, a Reynolds single, and another steal of home.
Despite the loss, the Eagles had some highlights. Drake Grogan had a perfect day at the plate, going 3-for-3, while Dayton Andrews and Landon Martin each drove in two runs.
Lance Clark started on the mound for Morris and took the loss, allowing 11 runs over 1.2 innings. Holland Hall’s Rowan Stirling earned the win, striking out seven and walking five across 4.2 innings.
Holland Hall totaled 17 hits and 16 stolen bases in the game. Fredieu led all players with five RBIs on a 3-for-3 day. Sanford, Reynolds, and Fredieu each tallied three hits for the Dutch, with multiple players logging stolen bases and walks in a dominant allaround performance.

The Dutch scored three runs in the first inning behind base hits from Stirling, Andrew Tolar, and Clark Sanford. They added to their lead in the second with RBI hits from Cohen Sanford and Luke Beeler.
Carson Ward earned the win on the mound for Holland Hall, striking out eight over four shutout innings while allowing just four hits. Landon Martin took the loss for Morris, giving up six runs on nine hits.
Eli Grange, Grant Clay, Grogan, and Martin each recorded a hit for Morris. Lance Clark drew two of the Eagles’ six walks in the game, but the offense struggled to string together timely hits.
