• Monday: Attended BOCC [County Commissioner’s] meeting. Went to the office and worked on paperwork. Worked on Inventory–specifically locating items on inventory with the clerk’s office.

• Tuesday: Worked on inventory until 10 a.m. Met with Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management Northeast Coordinator in office. Topics discussed were; making sure I had access to all state websites, reviewing grants that Okmulgee County is participating in, strategizing about moving forward, and program vision and goals both long term and short term.
• Wednesday: Worked on the paperwork needed for DR that needed to be closed out. Continued to work on inventory. Went to Henryetta Fire Department to locate equipment. Spoke with the editor-in-chief at the Okmulgee Times about working with him and their team on projects and the flow of information. Participated with OneOk and other Natural Gas Suppliers in an Emergency Response Drill.
• Thursday: Worked on Inventory and paperwork at the office. Went to the town of Dewar to update them on Interlocal Agreements and to meet with the police chief and discussed issues, strategizing and the vision of emergency management and mitigating flooding issues.
Spoke with the Department of Labor about Okmulgee County reporting and compliance.
• Friday: Worked in the office on District 1 Disaster Recovery Plan.
Went to District 2 barn to locate inventory and spoke with Commissioner Walker about updates and where we are at with inventory items. Spoke with Meshak and associates about completing EMPG Grant Quarterly Reports, reimbursements and closeout when completed.
No call outs, one employee injury reported, no damage to county equipment reported.
