Last season, Head Coach David Tenison led the team to an 11-3 record.
The Okmulgee Quarterback Club will be hosting the 1st Annual Bulldog Rummage Sale today and Saturday, July 11 at the Armory Gym, located behind Brock Gym, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days of the event. Community members have been donating items from furniture to clothes for the event throughout May, June and July, preparing for the two-day event.
Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a member of the Great American Conference, announced the 2020 schedule for the Bulldogs. The Great American Conference (GAC) determined and approved changes to the league’s football and basketball schedules for this year. Alterations to the conference’s championship format were also made.
Kamarie Wallace, a resident of Henryetta and a former Lady Eagle proved her skill out on the field and in the classroom this past season. As a sophomore, Wallace was selected as the Scholar Athlete of the Year at Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU) where she plays softball.
The Muscogee (Creek) Nation is sponsoring a Texas Collegiate League team right down the road in Tulsa. With uniforms inspired by the MCN, the TCL Drillers are a representation of the history the Nation shares with Tulsa and Oklahoma.
