Dorothy Lois Ray, 86, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026, in Tulsa. The daughter of Felton Manuel and Lucille (Patterson) Manuel, she was born Thursday, September 21, 1939, in Okmulgee.

The family will receive visitors for visitation from 3-6 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2026, at Add’Vantage Funeral Service. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Harvest Time Outreach Ministries, 2333 E. 48th Street North in Tulsa. Rev. Theodore Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, 250 E. Apache Street in Tulsa.
