Carol Jean (Horn) Pratchard, age 77, went to be with Jesus on January 23, 2026. Carol was born on October 20, 1948, at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.

A memorial service for Carol will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, 2 p.m. at Okmulgee First United Methodist Church.
