Your Vote Is Important

Henryetta Public Schools, along with the support of the entire Henryetta community and business structure, has a deep rooted support system of helping create outstanding individuals from the education sector to make a positive difference in the future of our surrounding areas and Henryetta itself. As the community and school system work hand in hand, the students who have the honor of attending HPS know they are receiving a quality education matched with many extra-curricular opportunities that are numerous. This collaboration by those who know how important our next generation is, impacts the future success of those we invest in by producing legendary outcomes that will never be forgotten. Henryetta has, and always will be, focused on supporting our school and young adults. For that consistency I applaud you!

There is a new opportunity currently knocking on our education door that, in my professional opinion, should be considered. On Tuesday, Feb. 10, we have the opportunity to vote and pass a no tax increase bond that will make wonderful improvements to many of our current facilities. These areas will include: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, High School, Auditorium, Band Room, Ag. Building and a new Sports Complex for all students and community members to enjoy. This opportunity will create quality classrooms for all who attend or work at HPS and new opportunities for our outstanding community as well. This no tax increase bond will leave an impact for many generations to come, help educate our current and future students, establish new extra-curricular opportunities, pro- duce economic growth in business and allow for community enjoyment for years to come.

As a voter, you have the right to vote what you believe is best. As you make that decision, please consider those who have supported you during your time of schooling. Their sacrifices helped shape all of us no doubt. Now we have the opportunity to continue to make a difference. It is my hope you would consider to help the cause of allowing HPS to provide improved learning facilities and extra- curricular upgrades that will no doubt change the lives of our young people, but also solidify once again the continued legacy that the members of the Henryetta community are so well known for. You have always supported our most valued asset, our students. On Tuesday, Feb. 10, we can keep this tradition going!

Go Knights!

Professionally, Jason Price, Superintendent
