Dwayne Swayze was born October 5, 1945, in Bearden to Andrew Jackson Swayze and Polly (Lucas) Swayze. He passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026, in Okemah at the age of 80.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Highland Cemetery in Okemah.

Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home and officiated by Bobby Green. Online condolences may be made at www.ParksBrothersFuneralHome.com.
