Henryettan of the Year to be announced soon

Today is the deadline for nominations for the Henryettan of the Year award, presented by the Henryetta Free-Lance.

This honor, being awarded for over 75 years, celebrates exemplary volunteerism and community contributions, recognizing citizens whose actions have made a significant impact on Henryetta and its surrounding areas.

Submissions can be sent via email to the Free-Lance at denise@ cookson.news or patrick@ bigbasinllc.com, or by mail to the Henryetta Free-Lance office, located at 320 W. 6th Street in Okmulgee.

The award will be presented at the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce Banquet on Saturday, Feb. 21, at Henryetta High School.
