Cheryl Ann Whomble

May 9, 1950 – November 28, 2025

Cheryl Ann (Cathron) Whomble, lifelong Okmulgee resident, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 75 years of age. She was at St. Francis hospital in Tulsa, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 9, 1950, in Okmulgee to the late Elmer and Olive Cathron.

Viewing and visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. Rev. Johnny Wagner, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow at Okmulgee Cemetery.
