Ethel Garner Garvey

December 13, 1922 – November 1, 2025

Ethel Garner Garvey, age 102, passed away on November 1, 2025, in Henryetta after a long and well-lived life. Born on December 13, 1922, in Woodbine, Texas near Gainesville, she was the daughter of John and Minnie (Wyatt) Garner.

She is survived by her daughter Sherry Conrady; sons James Garvey, David Garvey and Harry Garvey; numerous grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many extended family members.

A celebration of life will be held later in Texas, where she will be buried with her husband. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
