The Henryetta Knight Brigade, under the direction of Alan Montgomery, proudly represented Henryetta High School at the OSSAA Regional Marching Contest, held Oct. 22 at Hook Eales Stadium in McAlester.
Performing alongside bands from across southeastern Oklahoma, the Knight Brigade earned a Division II rating (Excellent) for their performance – a strong accomplishment that highlights the band’s precision, dedication, and musical growth this season.
The Henryetta ensemble was evaluated by a panel of judges including Jason Haus- back, Randy Hurst, Ron Lewis and Adam Mewhorter. The band performed in Class 3A, taking the field at 9:36 a.m., and their hard work and spirited show earned positive recognition.
“We’re proud to announce that Henryetta Knight Brigade earned a Division II (Excellent) rating at the OSSAA Regional Marching Contest in McAlester today,” the school shared through Knight Vision, Henryetta Public Schools’ media outlet.
