Bill Dean Norman, a resident of Jenks, passed from this life on October 18, 2025, in Tulsa at the age of 86.

Bill was born on December 20, 1938, in Henryetta to Charles and Winnie (Lay) Norman. After proudly serving his country in the United States Navy, Bill began a long and successful career in the banking industry, where he was known for his integrity, professionalism and dedication.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Dewar First Baptist Church, with Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Interment will take place at Westlawn Cemetery, with Military Honors by the U.S. Navy. Services are under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
