Okmulgee Main Street is excited to announce the return of its much-anticipated annual Harvest Spoon Chili Festival, taking place Saturday, in historic downtown Okmulgee. This family-friendly event brings together community, competition, food, music and fun for all ages.
The day kicks off bright and early with vendor and participant set-up, followed by a full lineup of activities, contests, live entertainment and – of course – delicious chili.

• 10:30 a.m. – 5K & Fun Run, hosted by Okmulgee County Family YMCA
• 10:30 a.m. – Marketplace

• 3 p.m. – Chili Contest Winners Announced (People’s Choice, Business, Nonprofit & Individual) The event will conclude following the awards ceremony.
— Turn your junk into someone else’s treasure On Saturday, during the Harvest Spoon Chili Festival, a one-of-a-kind Junk in the Trunk mobile yard sale will take place.
Here’s the twist – all your goods must be displayed in or on your vehicle curbside creativity at its best. There are only 10 spaces available, with a $10 entry fee. Pre-registration is required. Don’t miss your chance to clean out, cash in, and have fun at one of Okmulgee’s favorite fall events.
