Baldridges Celebrate 73rd Anniversary

Congratulations to Floyd and Betty Joyce (Self) Baldridge, who celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary last Saturday, Sept. 6. The couple was married Sept. 6, 1952, in a double wedding ceremony alongside Floyd’s brother Junior A. Baldridge and Virginia Lee Robison. The wedding vows were read by Rev. Floyd Bailey, former paster of Foursquare Gospel Church, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L.A. Baldridge. Mr. and Mrs. Mack Wright attended Floyd and Joyce, and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Garner attended Junior and Virginia. Floyd and Joyce have resided in Okmulgee their entire married life and have one son, Mark Baldridge and wife Gail of Okmulgee, and one daughter, Sharon Riker and husband Lee.
