The Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office recently sent out their annual request for donations to aid in purchasing education materials from the National Child Safety Council. These materials educate children in subjects such as Internet Safety, Gang Prevention, Peer Pressure, Stranger Danger, Basic Safety, Drug Education and many other community concerns. The Okmulgee Masonic Lodge #199 answered the request with a $400 donation from the Lodge’s Bill Tyler Memorial Education Fund.
