Beggs Demon Debut planned Monday

Beggs Public Schools will host their Demon Debut event at Tate Field Monday, Aug. 18. Set to begin at 7 p.m., this exciting evening offers fans a first look at the 2025 Golden Demons football team under new Head Coach David Shannon.

Coach Shannon has coached football for 26 years, with the last 10 being at Beggs.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet the players and coaches of the fall sports (football, cross country and softball), get a feel for this year’s squad and rally together in support of the program.

The event is free to attend, and hot dogs will be provided. As the 2025 football season approaches, Beggs supporters are encouraged to come out, meet the team and help energize the athletes as they prepare to take the field this fall.
