Phyllis Dailene Murphy was born September 11, 1943, in Henryetta to the late Dale and Eula (Watson) Hastey. She passed away Monday, August 11, 2025, in Okmulgee at 81 years of age.

Viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2025,

September 11, 1943 – August 11, 2025

at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 15, 2025, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Hastey Family Cemetery.
