Lou Ella Franklin, 75, of Morris, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, in Tulsa. The daughter of Dallas and Donna Harrington, she was born Monday, May 22, 1950. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2025, at Okmulgee Cemetery, under the direction of Gary Kelley Add’Vantage Funeral Service of Tulsa.
