Andy Bealko

March 26, 1947 – June 16, 2025

Andrew “Andy” Bealko III, a resident of Henryetta, passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 78. He was born March 26, 1947, in Uniontown, Penn. to the late Andrew Bealko II and Veronica (Mateosky) Bealko.

He is a 1965 graduate of North Union High School in Uniontown.

Andy began working for Anchor Glass in 1966 in Connellsville, Penn. Andy worked in several locations, working his way up through the company. Andy was General Manager of Anchor Glass for many years. The Bealko family relocated to Henryetta in 1992 due to his employment as plant manager. Andy worked at Anchor Glass until his retirement.

After retirement from Anchor, Andy went to work at First National Bank as V.P. Andy proudly served at First National Bank for six years. Andy retired from First National Bank in 2012.

Andy’s third career started when he began work at Stewart Martin Equipment in 2012. Andy helped open and manage stores, and his knowledge of farming and banking was extremely valuable. Andy tried to retire from Stewart Martin several times, but he was always drawn back by his love for people, animals and farm equipment. He came back many times to consult, manage and sell equipment.

In addition to Andy’s many jobs and many retirements, he continuously managed a working cattle ranch south of Henryetta.

Andy had a beautiful family with his wife Pam. They lived on their ranch in Henryetta. Andy and Pam owned Rheba’s Flowers in Henryetta for 28 years, until Pam’s retirement in 2023. They have five children, Susan Bealko and Todd Dewitt of Volga, W.V. Andrew and Lara Bealko of Connellville, Penn. William Altman of Chester Springs, Penn. Jennifer and Dr. Jeremy Johnson of Sapulpa. Liz Bealko and John Beier of Brooklyn, N.Y. Andy has two beautiful grandchildren, Audrey and Samuel Johnson.

Andy was one of five rowdy boys, Robert (Robbie) Bealko, Bernard (Benny) Bealko, Larry Bealko and Kevin Bealko, who all blessed the family with many nieces and nephews.

Andy was instrumental in making Henryetta a place to be proud of. Andy believed in Henryetta and its citizens. He volunteered constantly and served on several local boards. One of Andy’s proudest moments was receiving the award for Henryettan of the Year in 1994. Andy was a Henryetta City Council member for several years. He served on the Henryetta Economic Development Authority, Chamber of Commerce, Okmulgee County Fair Board, and was a 30 year Lions Club member. Andy was a founding board member of the Jim Shoulders Living Legends Rodeo and served on that board for over thirty years and the Okmulgee County Cattleman’s Association. Andy was also a Knights sports broadcaster and a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church. In addition to all of the service to the community, Andy was always the first to volunteer to help for any event, or just because something needed to be done. Andy was a proud tractor driver, weed sprayer and burger flipper.

Andy was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army and retired with the rank of Major in 2007.

A celebration of life will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church, with Father Robert Duck officiating. The time and date will be announced by Rogers Funeral Home.

The family has asked that those who wish may make donations in Andy’s memory to the Henryetta Education Foundation. Donations can be made at Cornerstone Accounting, 523 W. Main, Henryetta, OK 74437.
