Donna Peters was born October 7, 1939, to Sam Peters and Ruth Ella Peters. She passed away April 28, 2025. A graveside service is scheduled Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 1 p.m. at New Post Oak Cemetery in Beggs. Repast will be directly following the service at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Ellemnopy Preschool and Playhouse, 8730 E. Skelly Dr. in Tulsa. The family has been cared for by House of Winn – Muskogee.
