Emma Bear had a monster day at the plate, blasting two home runs and driving in six runs to lead the Dewar Lady Dragons to a 23-2 rout of Kellyville on Monday.

Bear homered twice in a 15-run first inning explosion that featured hits from up and down the Dewar lineup. Emmy Hall had two doubles in the inning, driving in three total. Alyssa Baughman tripled in a run, and Jaycie Berry, Bre Harvell and Kinsey Maldonado each contributed key hits. Dewar followed up with eight more runs in the second inning, highlighted by Bear’s two-run triple and a two-run double from Maldonado.

Pitcher Cali Thomason was efficient in the circle, going three innings while allowing two runs on eight hits with no walks.
