Henryetta to host Cross Country Regionals Oct. 26

County high school cross country athletes are gearing up for the regional competition next weekend.

Henryetta will host Regionals once again on Saturday, Oct. 26, at Nichols Park. This meet will be for A, 3A and

4A schools.

Other regional meets will be hosted at the following sites:

• Owasso – 5A & 6A

• Oklahoma Bible Academy – A, 2A

& 3A

• North Rock Creek – 2A, 3A & 4A

• Waurika – A, 2A & 4A The State Cross Country Meet will be held at Edmond Santa Fe on Nov. 2.

-Several county schools participated in the Stroud Junior High and High School Cross Country Meet held Oct.

12 in Stroud.

The Okmulgee Junior High Girls Team placed 11th overall with a score of 286, while the Okmulgee Junior High Boys placed 10th with a score of
