--- Tornado Recovery Update

Followed up with FEMA on recovery efforts.

The District 3 300 Rd. Mitigation Project has been submitted for obligation.

Ongoing work on documentation for reimbursement related to county labor and debris removal.

City of Morris facilities have been submitted to CRC for approval, with documentation completed for reimbursement.

--- Outdoor Warning Siren Update

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management is transitioning to the FEMA GO system. Okmulgee County is registered with FEMA GO; however, the process of switching administrators and users is underway due to former employees still being listed. Final approval for the Outdoor Warning Siren project is pending this update.

--- Floodplain Management

Discussed development proposals in District 1 with a realtor and developer. One property near Alternate 75 & North County Line is within the floodplain. Another property east of Hwy 75 and Hectorville Rd is not within the floodplain, but the floodplain is. Informed the developer of regulatory requirements under Oklahoma Title 19, including DEQ approval and Board of County Commissioners approval for subdivisions.

--- Okmulgee County Safety Program Update The draft Safety Manual for Okmulgee County is complete. Currently working on appendices for Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazardous Communications, Lockout/Tagout, Trenching and Shoring, as well as yearly training schedules, reporting procedures and updated accident/incident forms.
