Scott William Churchwell, of Okmulgee, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024, at the age of 56 years. Scott was born on May 12, 1968, in Okmulgee to his parents, Harvey and Betty (Chelf) Churchwell. Scott is survived by his wife Elizabeth and other family members. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt’s Okmulgee Funeral Service & Cremation Care, 220 S.
