Galen Brad Turner, a longtime Beggs resident, was born Tuesday, May 28, 1935, in Oklahoma City to Kenneth B. and Mary Ester (Alspaw) Turner Hodson, and passed from this life Sunday, March 24, 2024, in Tulsa at 88 years of age.

A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 11 a.m. at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs, with Rev. John Tidwell officiating.
