8:12 a.m. - 300 Block W Scott - Officer Standby - RP requested an officer to go by their rent house. RP advised his neighbor called in reference to his tenant having a hose going out the backdoor. RP stated he believed he was trying to steal his hot water tank because they go to court this morning for his eviction notice.
