The varsity basketball programs from Beggs and Henryetta met Saturday afternoon at the Henryetta Event Center for a pair of county contests.
The visiting Beggs Demons and Lady Demons walked away from Saturday’s county meeting with wins in both contests, beginning with the Lady Demons taking the opening game by a 59-41 margin. The Demons completed the road sweep with a 5850 decision in the nightcap.

It was also the first of five-straight games against county foes for Henryetta in a 10-day span, which included Tuesday’s road game at Preston and will also feature a home game Friday against Morris and a road game Saturday at Okmulgee.
Beggs was back in action Tuesday at Kellyville and will return home Friday for a county showdown with Preston.
