Maxine D. Morris

May 23, 1929 – December 12, 2023

Maxine D. Morris passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023, in Okmulgee following a brief illness. She was 94. Maxine was born in Welty on May 23, 1929, to James and Mary Artie (Pope) Nolen. A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Okmulgee Cemetery, with Jerry Morris II officiating.

At Maxine’s request, the casket will remain closed and there will be no viewing.

Arrangements and services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
