Mary Janice (Vance) Haggard was born Wednesday, January 15, 1947, in Henryetta. She was the only child of the late Everett W. and Helen (Martin) Vance. On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 76 years of age, Janice passed away in Stillwater with her family by her side.

There was a viewing and visitation at McClendon- Winters Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from 12-1 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Dr. Dennis Taylor officiated. Interment followed at Okmulgee Cemetery.
