RP stated he pulled his gun out on him and the other driver went back to his car, grabbed his firearm and fired a single shot into the air and drove off.

RP stated he was driving a small black truck and no one had heard from him. RP stated they called HMC, Hillcrest South, Hillcrest Main and the casino and no one had seen him.
