5:17 a.m. - 200 Block N Antes - Fire Call - RP advised they need a lift assist at the Henryetta Community Center.

10:54 a.m. - Walk-in - RP advised she is scared to go home. RP states she is afraid of her dad.

12:25 p.m. - 200 Block N Antes - Alarm - The alarm company advised of a fire alarm at the Henryetta Community Facility.

12:56 p.m. - 2200 Block NE 5th - Animal Call - RP advised there are about 5 black labs running loose and they chase people down the road.

1:25 p.m. - RP advised she called Friday about a dog that looked terrible. RP stated it looks like a poodle mix.

1:37 p.m. - RP advised of a black car driving all over the roadway. RP stated that it turned off at the RV Park on Hwy 75.

6:54 p.m. - 500 Block E Spruce - Miscellaneous RP advised her husband is at her house and trying to leave with their son and would like an officer to come out.

2:12 a.m. - 1000 Block West Main - 911 Accident RP advised that a female subject has taken his spare key and he wants her out of his house.

3:51 a.m. - 900 Block Grandview - Alarm - Ring Alarm Company advised of a living room burglary alarm going off at the residence.

7:20 a.m. - 300 Block W Cummings - Animal Call - RP advised she has a stray dog that needs caught. RP states the dog takes things off her porch.

12:28 p.m. - 1200 Block W Moore - Information RP wanted an officer to go to a house that she owns but does not stay at full time. RP states she has a mower there and she states it looks like someone has been staying there.

1:12 p.m. - 400 Block High St - Animal Call - RP advised she needs an officer and animal control. RP states the neighbor’s pit bull got into her yard and attacked her dog and he is bleeding.

2:13 p.m. - Hwy 75 - Reckless Driver - RP advised of a reckless driver crossing the center line in a gold colored SUV possibly a Buick.

3:38 p.m. - 100 Block E Barclay - Alarm - Alarm company advised of a fire alarm going off at Fountain View Manor showing smoke.

6:07 p.m. - 300 Block W Washington - Medical Call - RP advised they have a 23 year old having a seizure.

8:50 p.m. - 11000 Block Wilson Rd - Runaway Lighthorse dispatch advised that Lighthorse officers are at a residence taking a report on a juvenile runaway and need Henryetta Police Department to come in reference to another juvenile that ran away who is non-native.

9:13 p.m. - 500 Block N 3rd - Miscellaneous RP advised halfway up 3rd St hill there is a male screaming and it sounds like he needs help.

9:15 p.m. - Main Street Tire - Motorist Assist - RP advised that he broke down and is possibly in part of the lane and needs help pushing it up further.

11:09 p.m. - 10th/Ragan - Disturbance - RP advised there is a car dark in color at the storage units and someone is yelling at another person and is being really loud.

1:07 a.m. - 300 Block W Scott - Disturbance - RP advised there is a female yelling “stop” at a male subject across the street. RP states they are arguing and being loud.

2:05 p.m. - 600 Block W Main - Suspicious Person - RP advised a white male wearing a white shirt and jeans carrying a liquor bottle weaving in traffic and yelling and screaming at cars.

4:03 p.m. - 300 Block W Gentry - Animal Call RP advised her child is trying to play in their front yard and a pit bull puppy keeps knocking her child down.

4:08 p.m. - I-40 - Fire Call - RP advised they saw something burning and thought it was trash at Mile Marker 237.

4:37 p.m. - 1700 Block Robertson Hwy - Welfare Check - RP advised she went to look at her parents old residence. RP states it is grown up and trash everywhere. RP also states she looked in a window and seen 2 babies in diapers and no adult.

7:58 p.m. - 400 Block N 11th St - Miscellaneous - RP states he owns the house and his neighbor’s informed him by phone that someone is inside and no one should be there.

11:35 p.m. - 400 Block Cummings - 911 Other Emergency - RP states her neighbor’s house is on fire and they are unsure if the neighbors are home.

5:41 a.m. - 300 Block N 5th - Prowler - RP states there is a man prowling in the alleyway and was checking his neighbors window to see if it would open. RP states he is wearing a red cap, shorts, and t-shirt.

6:51 a.m. - 400 Block West Cummings - Welfare Check - RP wants a welfare check on her friend. RP advised she went to dinner last night with her. The female subject returned home and sent messages about her back porch being burned. RP states her friend’s ex-boyfriend was at the house and has been blowing her phone up.

11:07 a.m. - 300 Bock E Jefferson - Welfare Check - RP is requesting a welfare check. RP advised she is a doctor and a patient attempted to commit suicide a couple weeks before and he had an appointment today and missed it. RP states no one had talked to him since May 31.

12:34 p.m. - Walk-in - RP is requesting an officer and in reference to getting a protective order on his ex-wife.

12:44 p.m. - 500 Block E Main - Fire Call - RP is requesting an investigation into a possible electrical fire.

2:50 p.m. - Pallet Co. - Grass Fire - RP advised of a grass fire on the east side of Hwy 75.

6:03 p.m. - KFC - Fire Call - RP advised there was a gas leak at KFC.

6:58 p.m. - Jefferson St - 911 Other Emergency - RP states an unknown woman came to her residence asking for EMS for an unconscious male.

9:31 p.m. - 4th & Main - Suspicious Person - RP states a male wearing red shorts and no shirt is staggering down Main St. RP states he is convulsing and walking oddly.

10:25 p.m. - HMC - Miscellaneous - RP advised a male subject refused treatment but refuses to leave and he is cussing at them.

11:24 p.m. - Information - RP states her husband was at her home and she has a protective order against him.

6:05 p.m. - 700 Block W May - Vandalism - RP states she thinks her car has been vandalized.

8:08 p.m. - 911 Other Emergency - RP states she needs EMS for her husband. He was thrown from a horse and has a broken leg.

8:30 p.m. - 200 Block New Lake Rd - Fire Call - RP advised of a smoking electrical outlet.

of a driver panic alarm for a driver but could

not advise who or what they drive.

6:43 a.m. - Indian Nation Turnpike - Animal Call - RP advised there are cows out on the east side of the highway.

7:27 a.m. - 100 Block N Spruce - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised she needed an ambulance there is a male subject not breathing.

8:42 a.m. - Jim Hall Lake - Lake Check - RP advised there is a vehicle with its front tire in the water and do not see anyone around it.

9:17 a.m. - S Okmulgee - Grass Fire - RP advised of a possible grass fire before the Deep Fork bridge.

9:19 a.m. - Shoney’s - Alarm - Alarm Company advised of a fire alarm at Shoney’s.

10:39 a.m. - 1200 Block Wade Wells Dr. - Alarm Alarm Company advised of an alarm showing entry.

12:11 p.m. - 1300 W Trudgeon - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised her husband fell in the driveway and she needs help picking him up. RP states her husband’s face is bleeding.

1:09 p.m. - Nichols Park - Nichols Park Check RP advised there are several young boys jumping off the top of the dock.

3:41 p.m. - 200 Block S 17th - Disturbance - RP advised there is a disturbance at the neighbors residence. RP states a male subject was there causing problems.

5:17 p.m. - Walmart - Petit Larceny - RP advised of a 6 ft. black male wearing a black shirt is concealing some fishing items.

7:48 p.m. - Walmart - Miscellaneous - RP advised of a female subject that is in the store and has been trespassed from all Walmarts.

9:13 p.m. - HMC - Stabbing - RP advised a male has been stabbed and he won’t say who did it.

1:04 a.m. - 15000 Block Hackberry Rd - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised of a tree laying across the roadway and a power line down with lines near the road.

1:05 a.m. - 1000 Block N Hall - Fire Call - RP advised there are power lines down in his backyard.

1:22 a.m. - 400 Block E Beach - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised she needs help. A male subject in the background told the RP the address.

4:43 a.m. - 6th/Madison - Information - RP advised of a tree down and across the roadway.

9:10 a.m. - 12th/Merrick/Cummings - Information - RP advised of a tree down blocking the roadway.

9:28 a.m. - Regency Trailer Park - Welfare Check RP is requesting a welfare check on her daughter in law. RP advised she texted her and said that a male subject would not let her leave with the kids.

2:32 p.m. - Homeland - Miscellaneous - Homeland requesting an unlock.

8:36 p.m. - 800 Block W Moore - Structure Fire RP advised her neighbor’s house is on fire.

8:50 p.m. - 400 Block N 11th - Suspicious Person RP advised he is out of town and was just called and advised of people in his rent house that is vacant.

8:21 p.m. - Frisco - Reckless Driver - RP advised a dark Nissan Rogue almost hit her going south and is all over the road.

11:02 p.m. - 900 Block Meacham - Harassment - RP advised her step-son has been getting threats sent to him from a male subject.
