8:21 a.m. - 1400 Block W Gentry - 911 Other Emergency - RP was requested to speak with an officer in regards to him and his neighbor arguing. They have had to deal with him several times in the last week.

8:21 a.m. - 1400 Block W Gentry - 911 Other Emergency - RP was requested to speak with an officer in regards to him and his neighbor arguing. They have had to deal with him several times in the last week.

11:58 a.m. - 14th/Trudgeon - Welfare Check - RP advised she would like a welfare check on an elderly lady. She is unable to make contact. RP states they have been calling her with no response.

12:57 p.m. - Walk-in - RP was requesting to speak with an officer about someone following him around.

2:19 p.m. - 1400 Block W Gentry - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised he needs and officer. RP states his neighbor is coming after him and he has a gun and the key to the RP’s house.

3:48 p.m. - 500 Block Robertson Hwy - Fraud - RP advised he needs an officer to come to his residence to file a report on identity theft.

4:04 p.m. - 700 Block E Trudgeon - Accident - RP advised there is an accident in front of Blades Motor.

4:32 p.m. - Church of the Latter Day Saints - Suspicious Vehicle - RP advised there is a black or dark blue Dodge pickup sitting in the church parking lot and it is loaded down with people inside the truck.

7:58 p.m. - 400 Block E Main - Alarm - RP advised of a burglary alarm at the credit union.

8:10 p.m. - Taco Bueno - Hit and Run - RP advised that he works at Taco Bueno and a black Ford truck pulling a black box trailer hit their awning causing damage and left on 75.

10:53 p.m. - 1200 Block Wade Wells - Miscellaneous - RP advised that a female subject is walking to his mother’s house. RP advised she stated she is going to beat up his 75 year old mother and destroy whatever she can that is in the yard.

3:21 a.m. - 1400 Block W Gentry - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised the male that was at his house is now back and has a weapon. RP states he doesn’t know what the weapon is but the neighbors are yelling it is a gun.

8:56 a.m. - 1500 Block W Corporation - Welfare Check - RP is wanting a welfare check on his stepdad. RP advised he was at the hospital for seizures and his brother dropped him off at home alone and now they can’t make contact with him.

9:24 a.m. - 1000 Block W Main - Assist Other Agency - Okmulgee County advised EMS is requesting a officer. RP advised they are en route to pick up a subject that is off his meds. RP also stated he has been violent before and he has a gun.

11:15 p.m. - 1200 Block N Dollins - Shots Fired RP advised she heard someone shoot a gun in front of her house. RP advised she lives in the back of her house and a female subject lives in the front and the female threatened her before.

9:50 p.m. - Walk-in - RP advised that he found a phone and was assaulted by a male subject and they are following him and on their way to the police department

to beat him up.

8:26 a.m. - 700 Block E Maxine - Animal Control - RP is requesting animal control to remove a snake from a bucket on the front porch but wants the bucket left there.

9:20 p.m. - 1400 Block W Gentry - Theft - RP advised someone stole his narcotics and security cameras and needs to make a report.

12:16 p.m. - Check N Go - Animal Call - RP advised of a snake in front of the building.

1:43 p.m. - Afterhours Towing - Dog Bite - RP1 advised he needs an officer that he wasn’t releasing the vehicle to Glenpool Wrecker. RP2 with Glenpool advised he went to get a vehicle for Enterprise and RP1’s dog bit him and he needs an officer. RP2 advised that RP1 moved his dog across the street and put it in a fence.

3:30 p.m. - 800 Block West Main - 911 Other Emergency - RP with Urgent Care advised she has an assault victim and her boyfriend that did it was there but the RP asked him to leave and he went outside.

8:52 p.m. - I-40 Westbound - Miscellaneous - RP states she thinks there is a body in a bag.

10:58 p.m. - 700 Block S 1st - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised that a male in Okmulgee at Casey’s is calling him and threatening him.

12:21 a.m. - Methodist Church - Suspicious Vehicle - RP states there is a car with individuals at the church.

1:02 a.m. - 800 Block W Division - 911 Other Emergency - RP states he is supposed to pick up 2 juveniles for Creek Nation Protective Services. The 14 year old refuses to go.

4:49 p.m. - 1700 West Trudgeon - Assist Other Agency - RP advised she is putting in a safety plan and needs an officer because the father has been aggressive

in the past.

8:20 p.m. - Nichols Park - Miscellaneous - RP states she found a crack pipe.

10:37 p.m. - Subway - Alarm - Burglary alarm 11:21 p.m. - Lake/Main - Log Information - RP advised of two GMC trucks, one red and one black, were racing. Officer pursued the black one.

5:03 a.m. - 300 Block N 5th - Suspicious Person - RP states that a heavy set woman in a spaghetti strap shirt walking up to peoples cars and looking in them with a flashlight.

7:20 a.m. - 1800 Block W Ragan - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised her neighbors that just moved in are fighting. It’s a male and female and the female just screamed really loud.

12:25 p.m. - 1000 Block W Cummings - Animal Call - RP advised that a dog attacked their dog and is trying to attack her husband. It is on her porch and her husband has a pistol pointed at it.

9:38 p.m. - 17th/Ragan - Suspicious Person RP states there is a male individual with no shirt on walking around screaming and hollering and talking to the moon.

10:25 p.m. - QuikTrip - Harassment - RP states she needs to speak to an officer in reference to her ex harassing her and followed her to QuikTrip and slashed her tires.

2:05 a.m. - Anchor Glass - Suspicious Person RP states that a man wearing blue shorts and a ball cap was trying to enter the parking lot at the guard shack. The RP called back and stated the man was chased away from the west entrance.

11:30 a.m. - 4th/Main - Assist Other Agency Oklahoma Highway Patrol needed help stopping a vehicle that was involved in a hit and run with the RP following the vehicle.

7:40 p.m. - Shoney’s - Miscellaneous - RP states someone is shooting at people with an orbies.

10:52 p.m. - McLaughlin/Frisco - Miscellaneous RP states he had to swerve and miss a woman walking. He states he stopped to check on her and she was crying and seemed impaired. RP advised she told him to go away.

3:06 a.m. - 3rd/Cummings - Fight Call - RP states 2 men or boys are fighting.

3:32 a.m. - 300 Block Tutt St - 911 Other Emergency - RP states there is someone prowling around his and his neighbor’s property.

9:44 a.m. - J&M Storage - Burglary - RP advised the storage unit at 2nd & Main has been broken into.

12:19 p.m. - Wal-Mart - Hit and Run - RP is requesting an officer at Walmart. RP states his vehicle was hit in the parking lot and Walmart won’t let him see the security camera footage without an officer present.

12:58 p.m. - 400 Block N 11th - Miscellaneous RP is requesting a watch order on his rental property. RP advised the neighbor called and said it looked like there might be squatters there.

3:27 p.m. - 200 Block W Broadway - Disturbance - RP advised she has a girl knocking on her door wanting her stuff. RP states she moved into her home without permission. RP told the girl to come back when her son is there.

3:49 p.m. - Nichols Park - Miscellaneous - RP advised they’re out at Nichols trying to fish and there are some kids jumping off the dock.

4:11 p.m. - 1000 W Gentry - Domestic - RP requested an officer at the St. Michael’s church. RP advised there is a male and female arguing and she kept telling him to get away from her. The male is wearing a red shirt and blue jean shorts and the female is wearing a black tank top and has brown hair.

4:47 p.m. - Henryetta Police Department - Miscellaneous - RP advised she is leaving the lake and there are some subjects following her to try and take her vehicle. RP called back and advised she is at the Police Department bay door and one of the subjects blocked her in.

5:07 p.m. - McCutcheon Park - Animal Call- RP advised some people have brought a dog to the splash pad and its running through the water and it is not on a leash.

8:29 p.m. - Frisco Mini Storage - 911 Other Emergency - RP advised that a male subject had just put his hands around his neck for no reason and is currently in his garage at this time.
