A Henryetta man has been sentenced to 110 months in prison in a federal case.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced the sentence Wednesday against Jagger Levi Gordon, 29, of Henryetta, for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Henryetta Police Department, the Muscogee Nation Lighthorse Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
On Feb. 16, 2022, Gordon pleaded guilty to one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. At the plea hearing, Gordon admitted that he had possessed 20 grams of pure methamphetamine, multiple firearms, and ammunition – all of which were discovered by law enforcement responding to an emergency call to his residence in Henryetta, on March 8, 2021. At the plea hearing, Gordon also admitted to possessing the methamphetamine for distribution purposes.
Gordon will remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending transportation to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve a non-paroleable sentence of incarceration.
The Honorable Ronald A. White, Chief Judge presided over the hearings in Muskogee. Assistant United States Attorney T. Cameron McEwen represented the United States.
