As part of the Henryetta Chamber Hallmark Christmas event, businesses were encouraged to participate in the Storefront Decorating Contest.
Participating businesses were given until Dec. 1 to sign up and complete their decorations.
Pictures of each were taken and posted on social media where the business with the most number of “likes” was chosen as winner.
Sponsored by First Family Federal Credit Union, first through third place cash prizes were awarded to winning businesses on Friday afternoon.
The Shack 2.0 was named first place winner and received a prize of $250.
A second place prize of $150 was awarded to Vintage Sun.
Third place was awarded to Henryetta Tag Office with a prize of $100.
“Our goal for the storefront decorating contest was to have visitors traveling along Main Street to feel like they are in a Hallmark movie, homey and cozy,” Henryetta Chamber Retail and Special Events Committee Chairs, Kelly Dobson and Valerie Mosco said. “Congratulations to the winners and we are looking forward to an even bigger event next year.”
