Nov. 26

1:52 p.m. Phone Call – RP advised he was on a social media site when he saw a picture of somebody selling his stolen truck bed.

5:10 p.m. 19600 block of Wilson Rd. Animals – RP reports a pack of dogs attacking cattle in the area.

8:13 p.m. 26700 block of Wilson Rd., Okmulgee. Burglary – RP advised shot off nine rounds at two subjects who broke into their vacant house. Advised waiting in maroon Duramax parked at edge of property.

Nov. 27

4:45 a.m. 1200 block of W. 20th. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP reports a male subject wearing a shirt and pants pacing back and forth in front of gate area on west side of property. RP believes it’s the same subject that was at gate last night.

6:31 a.m. 18300 block of Farbe St. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised of suspicious vehicles at fire station. At 6:36 a.m., RP called back and advised he was with the fire department and could cancel. Advised he made contact with the vehicle owner and he is okay with them being there.

2:03 p.m. 9300 block of Hwy. 52, Morris. Mental Subject – RP advised her husband is seeing a woman and six children in the barn behind her house.

2:52 p.m. 21600 block of Creager Rd. Larceny – RP wants to report a stolen license plate. Transferred to CNLH.

3:43 p.m. Old Hwy. 75 & Gun Club. Animals – RP advised of white and black cow out. Negative contact with owner.

4:59 p.m. I-40 WB from MM258 in McIntosh Co. Domestic – RP reports of a silver Toyota four door passenger car (Corolla or Camry) missing back bumper in a rolling domestic. One of the car doors kept opening like someone was trying to push someone out of vehicle while it was moving down the roadway. OHP was advised of call by McIntosh County. Advised HPD of call and requested assistance. Deputy in Okmulgee.

5:20 p.m. 20th St. Salvage. Trespassing – RP advises of possible trespassers.

6:15 p.m. 1400 block of N. Bryan. Burglary – RP advised they left Wednesday evening prior to Thanksgiving and house was okay. RP just returned home and house found to be burglarized. One item missing is a firearm.

7:47 p.m. 21800 block of Grimes Rd. Welfare Check – RP requests a welfare check for a 58-year-old male with medical issues. RP has not spoken with him since Thursday and he is not answering the phone. The phone is dead now. Male subject lives in a trailer on the property.

8:28 p.m. 6100 block of Twin Hills Rd. Domestic – RP reports male and female in a verbal domestic. No weapons involved. No alcohol involved. No juveniles in the home.

Nov. 28

1:20 a.m. Hwy. 16 at 320 Rd. Abandoned Vehicle – RP reports a flatbed truck parked on Hwy. 16 loaded with various items.

5:26 a.m. 310 & Ferguson. Animals – RP reports a black cow west of intersection.

6:25 a.m. 200 Rd. & Wilson Rd. Abandoned Vehicle – RP advised five minutes ago passed a blue in color Chevy Silverado truck abandoned 1/4 mile south of intersection. Advised bolt cutter and windows down. Advised just worried because wife is home alone.

7:54 a.m. 19000 block of Tall Grass Dr. Domestic – RP advised he was scared of his mother at this time. RP was very hard to understand. Advised both tribal citizens. Transferred to CNLH and gave information.

7:55 a.m. Prairie Bell & Skyline. Other – RP advised saw a white Charger in ditch.

9:52 a.m. Bailey’s Ranch. Animals – White/tan cow out.

1:19 p.m. 16200 block of Holly Rd. Animals – RP advised they were gone for the weekend and came home to pig dead and shot.

1:44 p.m. 6100 block of Happy Camp Rd. Burglary – RP advised camper stolen, 2014 Rockwood wooden jammer. RP has been gone for about a week in Ohio.

2:15 p.m. Gun Club & Skyline. Mutual Aid – OFD requests mutual aid on a grass fire; need two trucks.

4:07 p.m. No location given. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised they went to a friends house and he wasn’t there but house looks like it’s been gone through.

4:57 p.m. 8700 block of Gunner Ln. Threats – RP advised their male neighbor made threats to shoot RP’s dog if it gets into trash again. Advised has permission from the Sheriff ’s offices, wants to make a report.

7:19 p.m. Arkansas. Violation of PO – RP advised she was served an Okmulgee County PO this date and the petitioner that filed for it has called her. Requests to speak to deputy.

Nov. 29

12:22 a.m. 1500 block of N. Sherman. Disturbance – RP advised of a 90’s model Chevy extended cab pickup revving its engine and has people in the bed, yelling. Truck is driving around the area disturbing the peace. Last seen WB on Kiowa then SB on Kern.

1:49 a.m. West of Wilson bus turnaround. Animals – Deer on side of road. Try to get it up.

1:49 a.m. 18700 block of Hwy. 266. Animals – Two horses on New Covenant Church parking lot by garage.

6:18 a.m. 1300 block of W. 7th. Information – RP advised a flatbed was seen on Facebook Marketplace for sale in Dewar in reference to a stolen vehicle report from Creek County. Subject who posted is confirmed tribal. 7:42 a.m. 190 Rd. & Creager Rd. Other – RP speaks Spanish, has to get interpreter on phone. RP advised a white in color Dodge Ram 2001 model or older, pulling a trailer with stolen truck park driver side window busted out and taped up license plate white in color with metal frame. RP advised subject sold RP a stolen truck part. Subject found out RP had talked to police and subject stole truck part back. RP and second RP advised truck was driving eastbound on Creager towards Hwy. 75. Stolen truck part is a 2005 GMC 5500, cab only. At 7:53 a.m. while still on call, RP advised the subject hit him with his vehicle, stolen truck piece fell off into middle of the road and subject kept going northbound on Peoria from 211 (Tulsa County). Advised OCSO, Glenpool PD, TCSO and OHP. BOLO sent out.

9:09 a.m. Phone Call – RP needing to speak with deputy in reference to PO that may have been violated but out of state.

9:58 a.m. US 75 SB. Abandoned Vehicle – RP advised near school exit, motorcycle on side of road on shoulder, standing up but looks wrecked.

10:33 a.m. 230 & Edwards Rd. Rape – RP advised her 11 year old son has a 10 year old juvenile friend that advised of sexual abuse to a minor is being done within his home. Advised that friend’s 14 year old cousin is being forced to have sex with her uncle when the aunt doesn’t want to with him. Unsure if aunt knows of situation. Advised all live together and it happens in the living room. Cousin, 14 year old juvenile female, was also on phone with cousin when telling RP’s son this information. Advised son told friend his mom (RP) was going to make a report but unsure if they know she really called. Unsure if tribal.

12:13 p.m. Norfolk & Peoria. Burglary – RP advised sister-in-law called her. Advised there is a blue trailer house with a truck backed up to it; it looks like they are loading everything out of the trailer to the truck. At 12:35 p.m., RP advised someone told son-in-law, 4th party info.

2:10 p.m. Hwy. 75 SB from 181st. Reckless Driver – RP reports a blue Ford coupe SB driving too closely and passing in center median.

2:12 p.m. Hectorville Rd. EB from Hwy. 75. Reckless Driver – RP reports a female riding an adult tricycle all over roadway.

4:06 p.m. 1700 block of N. Oklahoma. Fire – House fire. Unknown if occupied. At 4:09 p.m., homeowner arrived and advised not occupied.

4:18 p.m. 17500 block of Red Bud Ln. Burglary – RP advised some time after 2 a.m. soemone broke into residence and trashed the place. Suspect is confirmed Creek Nation citizen. Transferred to CNLH.

4:26 p.m. 5200 block of Dentonville Rd. Information – RP advised of a blue 90’s Chevy Silverado pulling a travel trailer. RP advised subject has been drinking alot and might be trying to leave in vehicle. Advised county. At 5:58 p.m., RP called back and advised that intoxicated subject just left south on Dentonville Rd. heading back to Shawnee and does have a bottle of alcohol with him. Advised Okfuskee County Sheriff ’s Office and OHP to BOLO for intoxicated driver.

6:24 p.m. 15400 block of Creager Rd. Arson – RP advised of arson on Creager Rd. between 250 and 260 Rd.

9:27 p.m. In front of Twin Hills School. Animals – RP advised of one big brown horse on the roadway. Command Center unable to locate horse owner in the area.

9:45 p.m. On 330 Rd. between Ferguson & Creager. Information – RP advised that his neighbor told him that a white van had run off into the low water creek and someone was down there getting them out. RP went down to location and nobody was around but his fence was all tore down; won’t be able to fix it until morning, just in case his cattle get out.

10:07 p.m. 23300 Grimes Rd. Suicide – RP advised of a 13 year old female that is threatening suicide, armed with knife, won’t let them take it from her. Juvenile is threatening other people.

11:19 p.m. Trail Motel across road on north side. Welfare Check – RP reports a male laying on north side of road. Requests HPD for assist.

Nov. 30

9:03 a.m. Hwy. 56 at the spillway. Accident With Injury – Report of a rollover accident.

10:58 a.m. Bixby Rd. & Hectorville Rd., Mounds. Grass Fire – Report of a grass fire.

11:56 a.m. Smith Rd. & Alt. 75. Property Damage – Report of property damage to pump station #1.

4:57 p.m. Banyan & Mission. Animals – RP advised of two cows and a calf loose. Advised one of the cows is red with horns and the calf is grey.

6:45 p.m. Tulsa RV Ranch. Harassment – RP requests to file a report in reference to her neighbor yelling at her through her fence.

10:47 p.m. 10100 block of Birch Ln. Unwanted Person/Vehicle – RP advised someone would not leave his property. RP also advised subject was hitting him.

11:23 p.m. 3100 block of Dustin Rd. Other – RP requests deputy in reference to smelling weed.

Dec. 1

3:21 a.m. OK-16 & OK-52. Animals – RP advised of a horse in the roadway. At 3:43 a.m., OHP requests deputy.

5:57 a.m. Hwy. 16 wes tof Twin Hills Rd. Animals – RP advised of a dark brown horse running on the road.

7:37 a.m. Fig Rd. & Wilson Rd., Henryetta. Other – RP advised there is a carcass in a container. Advised it’s too big to be a deer.

8:26 a.m. Dentonville Rd. & Kennedy Rd., Nuyaka. Animals – RP advised neighbors cattle keep getting on her property. Advised they have already gotten into her horse feed and is afraid they will get into the new building they are building.

9:06 a.m. 2600 block of N. 186 Rd., Mounds. Animals – RP advised about three days ago she had four horses show up to her property and has been taking care of them. RP advised if nobody claims them, she would like to keep them. Also requests if anybody does claim them she would like to be reimbursed for her feed.

9:18 a.m. Alt. 75 between Smith & Gun Club Rd. Animals – RP advised of three cattle out.

10:23 a.m. 13400 block of Loop 56, Okmulgee. Abandonded Vehicle – RP requests to speak to a deputy in reference to an abandoned vehicle on his property.

12:01 p.m. 1800 block of Alt. 75, Mounds. Burglary – RP advised of two subjects in black hoodies walking around his neighbors house checking windows and trying to get into the back door. Suspects are driving a red Chevy pickup.

3:02 p.m. NE of Cowpokes. Fire – Grass fire.

4:02 p.m. Kennedy Salvage Yard on 20th. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised of a subject inside the salvage yard wearing black pants, green Army jacket, blue hat and blue backpack.

5:30 p.m. Phone Call – RP requests to speak to a deputy in reference to receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be from a police department. Advised he wanted to know if they were who they are claiming to be.

5:38 p.m. Hectorville & US-75. Reckless Driver – RP advised of a reckless driver, possibly a blue Mazda, excessively speeding.

7:23 p.m. 16400 block of Farley Rd. Missing Person – RP advised his wife is currently missing. He advised when he got home from work she was not at their residence. RP advised subject is bipolar and has Schizophrenia. Subject has been recently released from a mental facility. Wearing unknown. Possibly traveling to Bartlesville in a green in color 1997 Toyota Camry with a silver hood.

Dec. 2

7:48 a.m. Hwy. 16 & Dentonville Rd., Beggs. Animals – RP advised of a tan colored cow on the north side of the highway.

8:23 a.m. Knoxville & Rhean Ave. Phone Call – RP requests to speak to a deputy in reference to loaning a mixer a year ago and now has located it and wants to go get it.

8:28 a.m. I-40 WB west of Henryetta exit. Traffic Hazard – RP advised a semi has lost some car bodies off their trailer and it’s blocking WB lanes. Advised OHP, county units, Emergency Mgmt. and HPD.

8:22 a.m. Tulsa RV Ranch, Beggs. Speak With Officer – RP is requesting to speak with an officer in reference to the property manager advised the ex renter they are going to tow her trailer out of the lot it is in if she can’t get it moved. RP advised she has not paid rent for the month of December 2022. RP advised she already told them she was moving.

8:35 a.m. 28700 block of S. 230, Henryetta. Speak With Officer – RP advised that she believes someone has came onto her property and stole her dogs and wants to know what she can do.

9:50 a.m. 234 Bixby Rd. Burglary – RP reports a construction site and container was broke into and requests a deputy.

10:44 a.m. 9800 block of N. 180, Preston. Animals – RP called 911 and advised that her neighbor shot and killed her dog and wants to know what she can do. RP advised that she is in no danger at this time. Officer advised he spoke with the RP and the neighbor and the RP are going to get her dog and take the other to the vet.

12:26 p.m. 400 block of N. 255 Rd., Mounds. Domestic – RP advised she was involved in a physical domestic last night. RP advised male subject kicked her out and has all her stuff. RP wants to speak to a deputy on what she can do to get her stuff back.

12:41 p.m. 13500 block of Prairie Ln., Mounds. Other – RP requests a deputy to assist with a death notification.
