Dec. 17, 1932 – Dec. 2, 2022

Elvena M. DePasse, a longtime resident of Henryetta, passed away Friday, Dec. 2, 2022 in Henryetta at the age of 89.

She was born Dec. 17, 1932 in Henryetta to Alton Stiles and Hazel (Leonard) Stiles.

She married George DePasse in 1978 in Henryetta. She was a faithful member of Dewar United Pentecostal Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George DePasse and a son, Richard Lee Yates, Jr.

She is survived by a daughter, LeeAnn Gagnon and husband Alan of Longview, Texas; two grandchildren, Heather Parrott of Plano, Texas and Kayla Robinson and husband Stephen of Anna, Texas; four great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Wheeler, Emilie Parrott, Lily Robinson and Cora Robinson; one sister, Alta Payne and husband Lyle of Henryetta; as well as a host of friends and church family.

Viewing for Elvena will be from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8 at Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Matthew Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
