Oct. 24

4:02 p.m. 21000 block of S. 280 Rd. Juvenile – RP called this morning to report daughter as runaway, decided not to. At this time RP has changed mind and would like to continue with report.

4:26 p.m. Westbound from Spillway. Reckless Driver – Reckless driver. Advised OHP.

5:10 p.m. 5900 block of Bixby Rd., Okmulgee. Fatality – RP advised he found his 79-year-old father down at the barn not breathing and no pulse.

6:23 p.m. 12900 block of Banyan Rd. Unwanted Person/Vehicle – RP advised he let a female use his dryer to dry her clothes and now she is drunk and will not leave. Female is a confirmed Creek Nation citizen. Advised Creek Nation and they will handle.

6:42 p.m. 9800 block of Bryant Rd. Abandoned Vehicle – RP advised of a tractor that’s been sitting on the side of the roadway for some time. Unknown if it is stolen.

6:39 p.m. 3500 block of Alt. Hwy. 75. RP advised of a small maroon four-door that has been sitting near his driveway since last night at 9 p.m. or 10 p.m., now there are people inside the vehicle.

6:45 p.m. 13400 block of Daisy St. Abandoned Vehicle – RP advised of a blue Mustang that has been sitting near his driveway since last night at the Methodist Church in Schulter since last Thursday and another maroon Mustang sitting between two trailers on Daisy St. also.

7:14 p.m. 1400 block of W. Eufaula. Accident With Injury – RP advised of a vehicle went into ditch, came out and went back in the ditch again, just east of her residence. Possible injuries. Advised EMS, county units and OHP.

7:10 p.m. Glenpool/Jenks. Information – Information from Glenpool PD. GPD received call at 6:57 p.m. Possible kidnapping of 10-year-old female, blonde hair, was thrown over shoulder of male in his late 30’s and put her in a 2000’s Chevy pickup, yellow in color, has words “Yeehaw” or “Yeeyee” on back window. Direction of travel was eastbound toward Jenks on 201st. BOLO given out.

8:50 p.m. 18600 block of S. 158 Rd. Missing Person – RP advised their 68-year-old uncle is possibly missing. When checked, back door was wide open and he and his dog are missing.

Oct. 25

4:23 a.m. 21100 block of Grimes Rd. Information – RP advised 1/4 mile west of his residence, a tree has fallen across the road, also without power in the area. Advised District 1 and East Central Electric. At 5:53 a.m., second RP advised of tree down still blocking road.

5:26 a.m. Bryant Rd. & Creek Mine Rd. Abandoned Vehicle – RP advised there is a tractor in ditch on west side of roadway. Looks like someone may have tried to steal it and just left it.

12:02 p.m. No Address Given. Other – RP filed stolen vehicle report on a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 black in color w/CNLH in April/May (who has vehicle entered in NCIC). He was told by brother that it’s been turned over to county. Not sure who would be handling it. He thinks he knows where it is and wants to know if he can go see if it’s there.

1:36 p.m. West of Mission on Loop 56. Road Debris – Black truck pulling trailer with trash bags. Advised a bag has fallen in middle of highway. Requests officer to assist with traffic while he gets it.

2:31 p.m. Phone Call – RP requests a call back in reference to people trying to scam her grandmother over the phone.

2:43 p.m. 300 & Howard Rd. Animals – RP advised of cows out. CC made several calls but no answer.

4:34 p.m. 15200 block of Box Elder. Harassment – RP is wanting to file a report in reference to someone following her children home from the bus and screaming at them.

5:08 p.m. Anchor Glass & Bollinger St. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised of a male in the mid-30’s, black sweatshirt, jeans, black shoes on top of “back house” which are the furnaces, climbing the roof.

5:26 p.m. Information – Tulsa County dispatch called and advised that they received a transmission of Okmulgee County having a heart attack on the state mutual aid channel. Sending out welfare check to all OCSO units. At 5:34 p.m., HPD dispatch advised it was a male that HPD went with, possibly had keyed up on state mutual channel.

7:30 p.m. Hwy. 75 & Will Sampson Rd. Juvenile – RP reports two middle-school-aged girls sitting on the bridge. One has a backpack. Request them to be checked out.

7:36 p.m. 1500 block of S. Florida. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised she saw flashlights and heard movement toward the cell tower at 24th & Florida. She believes they took off toward Oklahoma St. Requests extra patrol in the area. Advised county units.

8:13 p.m. 17800 block of Harreld Rd. Accident No Injury – Life Alert 360 advised of a crash alert near the address. Transferred to OHP. Advised county deputies. Call to driver, she advised no EMS is needed, she is fine, ran off the road into ditch, no property damage. Her parents are 5-10 minutes away. Advised county deputies and OHP.

9:01 p.m. 2600 block of Howard Rd. Domestic – RP female advised she is the wife of male half. He is back in the residence and sitting down now. At 8:53 p.m. Beggs PD advised of a female confirmed Creek Nation citizen, called and advised the male homeowner is in his truck, green two-door Chevy with a gun and won’t let her leave. At 8:46 p.m., RP wanted a female that has been staying there to leave. Advised she does not live there and is a confirmed Creek Nation citizen. Transferred to Creek Nation.

10:13 p.m. 6900 block of Hedge Rd. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP requests extra patrol in the area. She does not need contact. Four-door brown car and dark color, possibly Chevy or GMC pickup, keeps driving back and forth in the area. Put on hotsheet.

Oct. 26

12:38 a.m. Northbound Hwy. 75 & Conifer. Accident With Injury – OHP advised of a single vehicle accident in the median, partially in the roadway. Advised county units and EMS.

7:04 a.m. I-40 EB MM 234.5. Reckless Driver – RP advised of a white Peterbilt that is allover the roadway. Advised OHP and units.

7:33 a.m. Ash Rd. & Prairie Bell. Accident No Injury – RP advised of a white SUV in ditch nobody around it. Advised OHP and units.

8:58 a.m. Pasture near 193 & Bryant on SE side of roadway. Burglary – RP advised of a blue Chevy pickup parked at the end of his property. Advised hasn’t went up to the vehicle in case subjects are inside.

9:27 a.m. Hwy. 16 & Dentonville SB. Road Debris – RP advised of a black 90’s pickup pulling a trailer with trash in it. Advised the trash is falling out. Advised OHP.

10:38 a.m. 16100 block of Hall Rd. Fraud – RP requests to speak to a deputy. Advised has all the paperwork needed to file charges against a contractor.

1:14 p.m. 20100 block of US-75. Burglary – RP advised they went to check on the house and it’s been broken into again.

1:28 p.m. 200 block of N. 250 Rd. Animals – RP requests a deputy in reference to neighbor’s German Shephards coming onto his property.

3:56 p.m. S. of 310 on Ferguson, Twin Hills. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised of a suspicious male subject about 5’10” walking wearing a short-sleeve blue shirt, blue jeans and blue towel wrapped around his neck. RP is school bus driver concerned because he just dropped kids off.

5:09 p.m. Phone Call – RP advised that one of his company vehicles was involved in an accident and towed on Oct. 23. Advised that he would like to file a report.

5:18 p.m. Old Hwy. 75 & Webster. Other – RP advised of a male in a black Chrysler that appears to not be breathing.

6:18 p.m. 13300 block of New Lake Rd. Animals – RP advised of two cows out.

7:47 p.m. 6300 block of N. 160 Rd. Unwanted Person/Vehicle – RP advised that his youngest daughter and two other unknown subjects came to his house and attempted to steal his dog. RP advised him and his wife are currently in the process of splitting up and his wife and oldest daughter currently have a PO against him.

8:54 p.m. 2400 block of N. 166 Rd. Mental Health Hotline – Tulsa County dispatch advised they received a call from the 988 Suicide Hotline in reference to a 60-year-old female having suicidal thoughts. Advised she is home alone. She stated to the 988 operator that she was written all of her goodbye letters and all of her knives are sharpened. States her husband recently left her and her parents passed away and that is the reason for the suicidal thoughts.

9:29 p.m. S. 220 Rd. & County Barn. Animals – HPD advised of a cow out.

10:06 p.m. In the area of Lake Rd./New Lake Rd. Other – Smoke investigation.

Oct. 27

1:19 a.m. 9800 block of S. Bryant. Unwanted Person/Vehicle – RP advised of seeing two people in a marijuana field and one vehicle. Advised it happens often. At 1:22 a.m. advised that subjects are now gone.

2:58 a.m. Mental Subject. QuikTrip – RP called. Advised she was told to leave QuikTrip and advised she did not receive a trespassing ticket. Transferred to HPD. At 3:16 a.m. RP called back and advised she needed police officers sent to QuikTrip. Advised she was being discriminated against and officers are performing illegal activities and following her. Advised by HPD that she had been previously told to leave Walmart earlier in the night and has also called 911 previously. Notified HPD. At 3:19 a.m., RP called back demanding operator numbers. She was advised that she cannot continue to call 911 if she did not have an emergency then continues to demand operator numbers then began calling dispatch names. She was advised again that if she did not have an emergency, the call would be disconnected. Advised HPD and deputy. RP later advised that there was an emergency, an officer kept following her and harassing her and asked what she needed to do. Advised RP could speak with an officer and she declined. RP then stated ‘you’re an idiot, I know the kind of female you are and you’re pathetic.’ Advised RP one more time if she did not have an emergency, call would be disconnected. RP then hung up.

5:04 a.m. Bristlecone off of Hwy. 75, Okmulgee. Abandoned Vehicle – RP advised of a red Chevy four-door in the ditch.

5:25 a.m. US-75 & Bristlecone Rd. SB, Okmulgee. Reckless Driver – RP advised of a silver four-door car that keeps speeding up then hitting its brakes almost coming to a complete stop.

8:44 a.m. Across from 5200 block of Adams Rd., Mounds. Larceny – RP advised they just showed up to their oil lease property and somebody has stolen a motor off their pump.

8:55 a.m. Phone Call – RP requests a deputy to return a call in reference to his 13-year-old son who is about to get released from juvie. Advised unit.

9:51 a.m. 13000 block of Chandler Rd., Mounds. RP advised there is a grey and white horse that is skinny. Advised it has no hay or water.

1:52 p.m. 21900 block of Garfield, Twin Hills. Burglary – RP advised there are people at his neighbor’s house across the street going through his stuff and loading it up. Advised made contact with homeowner. Nobody is supposed to be there. Will be a silver Dodge, has the letter “C” in the back window. At 2:15 p.m. RP advised the vehicle left going EB on Garfield.

2:26 p.m. Conifer west of Hwy. 75. Fire – Schulter fire requests a deputy in reference to a subject burning again.

2:00 p.m. Hwy. 62 & N. 370 Rd. Animals – RP advised of a cow out. Advised OHP and OCSO.

2:32 p.m. 10000 block of Hectorville Rd., Mounds. RP advised somebody broke into her storage unit.

3:55 p.m. 19100 block of Tall Grass Dr., Okmulgee. Muscogee Creek Nation – RP advised he has been having issues with his neighbor riding his motorcycle on his property. He has already asked the subject to stop riding the motorcycle on his property. Subject is back out riding again. RP can’t tell if he’s on his property or not. RP requests a deputy to document that he asked him to stop. Will be CNLH property. Transferred to CNLH.

6:12 p.m. 19500 block of Watts Rd. Other – RP advised him and his wife are getting a divorce and have a mutual PO. RP advised he has been unable to get any of his personal belongings and requests an officer to go out with him to the residence so that he is able to get them.

7:08 p.m. Tulsa RV Ranch. Fire – RP advised that one of the renters is having a fire. She advised to put it out since we are still under a burn ban. Subject advised RP that they are not going to put the fire out since it is in a fire ring.

7:49 p.m. OK-16 & N. 220. Accident With Injury – RP advised of a single-vehicle rollover accident. Advised OHP.

Oct. 28

1:44 a.m. 11000 block of E. 265. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised that his hallway light is on in his house; that him and his fiance’ did not turn it on. RP advised he was worried there was someone in or outside his house. RP’s fiance’ advised him that she thinks they will be okay and do not need deputies.

10:49 a.m. Schulter Public Schools. Juvenile – RP advised one of the student’s parents threatened another student.

10:54 a.m. Hwy. 56, one-half mile W. of Rocky Hill Rd., Okmulgee. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised of a Ford Explorer that has been parked on the side of the road for a couple of months. Vehicle is not blocking roadway.

12:27 p.m. 11000 block of E. 264 St., Winchester. Other – RP advised somebody has dumped ashtrays in a circle on the ground. Advised this happened two weeks ago and wants a deputy to come investigate. Also found a nickel. Advised did not touch it in case there are fingerprints.

1:02 p.m. Schulter Public Schools. Juvenile – RP advised she did not threaten to harm any juveniles or threaten to do anything to the school. Requests to speak to a deputy.

3:30 p.m. 2500 block of N. 160 Rd., Mounds. Speak With An Officer – RP advised of someone dumping carcasses at the end of her property and would like to speak with an officer in reference to what she can do.

3:54 p.m. 20300 block of Harreld, Okmulgee. Suspicious Person/Vehicle – RP advised there is a white Ford truck at the first gate to her property with nobody in it. Later advised that owner of the vehicle made contact with the RP. Subject was out mowing.

3:55 p.m. 3700 block of S. Wood, Okmulgee. Threats – RP advised her brother’s ex-wife is threatening him over property. Advised she is going to put a hit on him.

4:47 p.m. 3700 block of S. Wood Dr., Okmulgee. Shooting/Shot Fired – RP advised that a male subject is shooting in the 3700 block of Wood Dr. RP advised that the subject is shooting at another male subject.
