Oct. 25

3:53 a.m. – Road Hazard – Lake Rd. and Main – Tree limbs in road.

4:46 a.m. – Log Information – QuikTrip – Manager of store says there are two people in the store that were trespassing.

8:26 a.m. – Suspicious Person – 700 block of S.

2nd St. – Male caller advised that he can see on his home cameras that a kid was banging on his door. He was wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and glasses. It looked like he was holding his chest he left walking toward 4th St.

11:17 a.m. – Animal Call – 5th and Spruce St. – Female caller advising of three big dogs running loose.

12:15 p.m. – Animal Call – 400 block of Robertson Hwy. – Female caller advised there was a stray dog that has been at her place for a few days and looks like it has puncture wounds on its face.

12:20 p.m. – Welfare Check – 200 block of New Lake Rd. – Henryetta Elementary Principal would like a welfare check on a lady who is in a physical altercation with her 10-year-old grandson.

1:20 p.m. – Animal Call – 200 block of S. 6th St. – Male caller advised there is a dead cat on the road and wanted animal control to come get it.

2:56 p.m. – Accident Injury – NE 6th and Frisco – Male caller advised they need an officer they just hit a deer.

3:43 p.m. – Lake Rd. and Coal Creek Bridge – Male caller advised there was an accident at the bridge; that a vehicle hit the bridge. He believes that the guy is okay; that he is talking on his phone.

5:14 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – 1000 block of Hall St. – Male caller advised that he is having a heart attack.

6:53 p.m. – Domestic In Progress – New Lake Village Apartments – RP advised that her manager told her to call because her neighbors were in a verbal, possibly physical altercation.

7:50 p.m. – Walk-In – 900 block of W. Ragan – Walk in advised that he hasn’t heard from his friend or seen him in two days and would like a welfare check on him.

10:22 p.m. – Loud Music – 1200 block of W. Main St. – RP advising loud music coming from back apartment.

10:46 p.m. – Log Information – Frisco Storage Units – Checking on the storage units due to possible squatters.

Oct. 26

5:10 a.m. – Walk-In – Police Station – RP advised that he was riding by and saw that the front door of American Exchange Bank was broken and there is a man standing in front of it with cut wrists.

9:28 a.m. – Walk-In – Police Station – Male wanting to speak with an officer over Facebook post.

9:31 a.m. – Walk-In – Police Station – RP wanting to speak with an officer about a teenager who is living at mother’s house; he has power of attorney over.

9:46 a.m. – Walk-In - Police Station – RP wanting to speak with officers about house next door.

1:33 p.m. – Animal Call – 1st St. and Shell – Stray dogs running loose in parking lot.

5:58 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – 1000 block of W. Gentry – RP states her family has been away for a few days and came back to find trash all over their yard and someone has been staying in their shed.

10:09 p.m. – Fire Call, Other – Lake Rd. and New Lake Rd. – Com Center advised that an officer noticed smoke in the air. Advised fire department.

10:59 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – Walmart – Manager at Walmart needs officers to assist with a female subject who is screaming at workers and refuses to leave.

Oct. 27

2:51 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – QuikTrip – Manager requesting units to escort woman from store.

8:30 a.m. – Walk-In – Police Station – Female reporting credit card fraud.

8:33 a.m. – Suspicious Person – Ritz Barber Shop – Female laying on sidewalk passed out.

10:38 a.m. – Log Information – 100 block of Smith St. – Code enforcer is here for demo of house and previous owner is refusing to leave. He is requesting officers.

6:06 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – B St. and Lake Rd. – RP states a man and woman are arguing in the street.

9:20 p.m. – Disturbance Call – 1800 block of W. Ragan – RP advises ex-boyfriend won’t leave and he is fighting with others at her residence.

Oct. 28

12:46 a.m. – Disturbance Call – New Lake Village Apartments – RP states her neighbors are outside fighting.

5:47 a.m. – 911 Other Emergency – 100 block of N. 1st – RP states he is suicidal and wants EMS for someone to talk to.

7:59 a.m. – Theft – New Lake Village Apartments – RP advised he needed to file a report on his truck being broken into last night.

6:44 p.m. – Suspicious Vehicle – Nichols Park – RP advises there is a black car following her and wants officers to patrol.

7:03 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – Main St. and the Flower Shop – RP states a man on a motorcycle or bike has been struck by a black car.

8:20 p.m. – Fire Call, Other – 400 block of N.

13th St. – EMS requested Henryetta Fire Department to help a patient with lift assist.

10:06 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – Area of Frisco and Dollins – RP states there is a woman walking around screaming obscenities.

10:15 p.m. – Welfare Check – 700 block of W. Gentry – RP states that her son is saying he is going to hurt himself. He and his wife are separated and she would like a welfare check on her son.

Oct. 29

1:05 a.m. – Suspicious Person – 200 block of W. Cummings – RP states there are people at an abandoned home with flashlights.

2:00 a.m. – 911 Other Emergency – 100 block of N. 1st St. – RP states he needs to speak with an officer about being in a gang and gang affiliation.

11:13 a.m. – Stolen Vehicle – El Tapatio – RP states a man’s vehicle was stolen; it was there at

10:30 and now it’s gone.

2:08 p.m. – Accident Injury – Advantage First – RP states a car has hit a pole.

8:03 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – Cemetery – RP advises that there are people in the cemetery and wants officers to patrol. She thinks it's kids messing around.

8:30 p.m. – Assist Other, Agency – James Place – RP called 911 over people fighting.

8:50 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – Main St. between 2nd and 3rd – RP states a car went over the tracks and lost control and hit a building.

9:40 p.m. – Fire Call, Other – 1000 N. Hall – Com Center advised to dispatch fire department for male seizure patient. EMS is en route but is coming from Okmulgee.

Oct. 30

8:34 a.m. – Fire Call, Other – Fountain View Manor – EMS request fire department for patient with chest pains and right arm numbness.

3:22 p.m. – 911 Hang-Up – 11th and Merrick – County received a 911 call and could hear male and female arguing and then got disconnected.

3:52 p.m. – Fire Call, Other – My Shop – RP advises he can see black smoke coming from behind the building.

4:09 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – 1000 block of W. Broadway – RP advises she has a snake in her house.

6:55 p.m. – Reckless Driver – 8th and Ragan – RP is advising of a juvenile riding a motorcycle reckless, driving at high rates of speed and revving motor up.

9:16 p.m. – Disturbance Call – 14th and Division St. – RP advises that a female subject was throwing things at his car.

Oct. 31

1:49 a.m. – Assist Other Agency – 200 block of W. A St. – EMS requesting assistance with a male subject having a heart attack.

2:43 a.m. – 911 Other Emergency – 100 block of E Merrick – Female subject fell. Transferred to EMS.

6:38 a.m. – Fire Call, Other – 1100 block of Hilldale Circle – Child locked in car.

10:26 a.m. – Suspicious Vehicle – 75 SB near Main St. – RP states that a white GMC SUV is all over the road; thinks they might be intoxicated.

10:46 a.m. – Animal Call – 2nd and Jefferson St. – RP needs Animal Control because some stray dogs tried to bite him.

2:47 p.m. – Animal Call – 4th and Louise St. – RP states that there is a dog tied to a tree at a rock house; it does not have any food or water.

4:15 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – 13th and Division St. – City Hall advised that Code Enforcer is en route to address because of trash and debris in yard.

5:29 p.m. – Other Miscellaneous – Police Station – Woman came to police station claiming we took her daughter.

7:01 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – 300 block of W. Locust – RP is advising that his son is causing a disturbance.

7:17 p.m. – Gunshots – 2000 block of NE 5th St. – RP is advising that he heard five to six shots to the south of him five minutes ago.

7:25 p.m. – 911 Other Emergency – R and R Truck Stop – RP states that a male subject is cussing and screaming at the clerk and it's scaring her.
