Morris begins 2-game schedule at noon against Victory
Tate Field at Golden Demon Stadium in Beggs will be the site of two Central Football League playoff games on Saturday afternoon.
The Beggs football field will host the 1/2 grade ‘Silver’ postseason games, beginning with the Morris Eagles battling the Victory Christian Conquerors at 12 p.m. The host Beggs Demons will follow the opening contest at 1:30 p.m. against the Inola Longhorns. Other playoff sites and game times for the CFL on Saturday are as follows:
• 1/2 Grade ‘Gold’ - Kellyville
• Kiefer vs NOAH - 3 p.m.
• Kellyville vs Liberty (Mounds) - 4:30 p.m.
• 3/4 Grade ‘Silver’ - Kiefer
• NOAH vs Victory Christian - 10:30 a.m.
• Kiefer vs Inola - 12 p.m.
• 3/4 Grade ‘Gold’ - Regent Prep (Tulsa)
• Regent Prep vs Kellyville - 1:30 p.m.
• Beggs vs Morris - 4:30 p.m.
• 5/6 Grade ‘Silver’ - Kellyville • Kiefer vs Liberty (Mounds) - 6 p.m.
• Kellyville vs Victory Christian - 7:30 p.m.
• 5/6 Grade ‘Gold’ - Regent Prep (Tulsa)
• Regent Prep vs Inola - 12 p.m.
• Beggs vs NOAH - 3 p.m.
The ‘Silver’ winners will meet next Saturday in the ‘Silver’ championship game, while the ‘Gold’ winners will meet next Saturday in the ‘Gold’ championship game. The championship games will be played at a site to be determined next week by the league organizers.
