Two subjects were arrested last week in connection with a home burglary.
On Sept. 20 around 7:06 p.m., Henryetta Police Department (HPD) officers were dispatched to a home in the 800 block of North 5th Street in reference to a possible burglary.
According to court records, the HPD officer observed two subjects exiting the residence through the back door.
Both suspects were detained while contact was made with the property owner over the phone. The owner stated no one had permission to reside in the home and wanted to press charges for Burglary.
The female subject was transferred to the custody of the Muscogee Nation Lighthorse due to her tribal status.
The man, identified as Freddie Fuston III, 51, was arrested on a complaint of Second Degree Burglary and is currently in the Okmulgee County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
Fuston is due at Okmulgee County District Court for an initial appearance on Oct. 3 at 1:15 p.m.
