Okmulgee High School Cross Country athlete Shawn Mouse placed 23rd at the Cross Country Invitational at Okemah High School Sept. 3, according to Coach Dwight Pankey.
Placing at the Middle School level were Destinec Mondeque (7th grade) in 25th place, Kyndal Smith (7th grade) in 27th place, Janesha Ross in 31st; Kailey McKnight, 43rd; and Kathryn Berry (7th) in 66th place.
In the Boys Mile Run for Middle School boys, from Okmulgee were Jace Marris (6th) in 35th place, Tron Nunn (5) in 45th place, and Kaeron Smith in 52nd place.
In the Elementary Mixed One Mile, Aalaijah Drone and Maggie Whitecloud placed in 70th and 75th place respectively.
The Bulldog runners will be at home on Sept. 23 for the Bulldog Cross Country Invitational, which begins at 2 p.m. at the Okmulgee Municipal Park next to the YMCA.
