The recipient of the Okmulgee County Steering Committee Scholarship is Kobee Hewett, a 2022 graduate of Henryetta High School. She is the daughter of Alisha Anderson and plans to attend Oklahoma State University in Stillwater to major in Veterinary Science. Pictured from left are Renee Dove, Marcus D.
