Steve Sanford, right, was awarded the Henryetta Free-Lance Henryettan of the Year for 2021 during the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet held Monday evening at the Civic Center. The award was presented to him by Rebekah Bailey, left, Free-Lance staff member. Sanford received over 20 nominations for this prestigious honor, more than any received by the Free-Lance in previous years. “Congratulations, Steve! Your continued hard work and dedication to Henryetta and the community has not gone unnoticed,” Free-Lance Editor Tracy Goza said.
