12:17 a.m. – Reckless Driver – NB Hwy. 75/south of Preston – Truck pulling flatbed trailer hauling a car. Sparks shooting from tail end. Advised County Deputy and OHP. Vehicle at Hwy. 75/Ferguson.

12:46 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Cannabis Corner – Vehicle on south side.

3:41 a.m. – Alarm – 1000 block of N. 310 Rd. – Shop entry motion. Alarm cancelled by Alarm Company. Advised deputy.

4:26 a.m. – Other – Wilson Schools – Security check.

5:00 a.m. – Other – Preston Schools – Security check.

7:05 a.m. – Threats – Preston Feed Store – Wants to talk to deputy about making threats.

7:14 a.m. – Other – Preston Schools – School zone patrol.

7:22 a.m. – Property Damage – 400 block of W. Dixon – Advised ex-girlfriend broke windshield last night. RP advised he is tribal, Choctaw tribe. RP’s mother called back wanting to speak with deputy about having female subject trespassed and restraining order. Advised she needed to speak with CLH. RP’s mother called back and advised she wanted to speak with County because she wanted County to handle her problem. Advised her if she was tribal she needed to go through CNLH. Advised deputies.

9:41 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – S. 220 Rd. SB from Conifer – White can pulling trailer with no tag creeping down road. Transferred from HPD and advised County.

12:15 p.m. – Alarm – 6900 block of Happy Camp across from Roads Baptist – Indicator north and south entry, north left door.

3:23 p.m. – Fight – Front of Courthouse – Advised of a fight involving several people.

3:49 p.m. – Unwanted Person/Vehicle – Trail Motel – Advised there is a subject possibly intoxicated they want off property. Black hoodie, blue shirt and jeans, shoulder length curly hair, brown in color. RP called back and advised subject is now at the gas station.

4:03 p.m. – Traffic Hazzard – Hwy. 75/Banyan – Deputy clearing metal debris off highway.

4:10 p.m. – Other – 1500 block of N. Taft – RP advised of neighbor exposing himself.

4:19 p.m. – Unwanted Person/Vehicle – 17000 block of Blue Spruce Dr. – Unwanted subject, child home alone in house, enroute.

7:25 p.m. – Animals – 3600 block of Adams Rd. – Phone call. Dogs getting into his pig pen.

11:30 p.m. – Other – Wilson Schools – Security check.

Dec. 14

1:37 a.m. – Domestic – 900 block of W. Eufaula – RP advised male took off with her truck and hit her. County deputy advised with OPD assist. RP called back requesting deputy back to residence. Advised deputy.

6:52 a.m. – Reckless Driver – Hwy. 16 EB from Twin Hills Store – White truck driving over lines Transferred to OHP.

9:55 a.m. – Larceny – 3400 block of S. Mission – Stolen package.

11:42 a.m. – Other – 4300 block of Albert Rd. – Needing to speak to deputy about people tunneling under house and smelling BBQ.

12:12 p.m. – Welfare Check – 4500 block of S. 150 Rd. – Welfare check on female. RP is neighbor and knows she has some past mental issues but thinks she is living in her car. Subject has a lot of dogs.

1:04 p.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 11000 block of Country Club Rd. – Advised has been taking care of neighbor’s house and she recently passed away. There are several cars at neighbors and no one is supposed to be there.

1:11 p.m. – Burglary – 900 block of W. Eufaula – RP advised of burglary in progress. Can see subject on camera. Possible subject is female.

1:14 p.m. – Abandoned Vehicle – Intersection of Adams Rd./136th – RP advised of abandoned vehicle that’s been there a couple days and windows down, off roadway. Wanted to make sure it’s not stolen.

2:30 p.m. – Harassment – 19000 block of Wilson Rd./14000 block of Cedar Rd. – RP advised fatherin-law chased fiancé in his vehicle home and then chased her all the way up to their home.

2:45 p.m. – Accident with Injury – Hwy. 75 SB in curves – Major accident with possible injuries. One vehicle out of roadway, subject out of vehicle but looks dazed.

2:49 p.m. – Reckless Driver – Hwy. 75 NB from Celia Berryhill – RP advised of yellow Ford F350 that ran RP off roadway twice. Both parties still traveling NB. No injuries or property damage at this time. Advised County and OHP.

4:15 p.m. – Domestic – 16000 block of Adams Rd. – RP advised 13-year-old juvenile brother who is autistic is fighting with RP and mother. Is hurting animals and attempting to break windshield.

5:24 pm. – Gun – Preston School Playground – RP advised husband and kids were at Preston School Playground when juveniles 11 and 12-yearolds came up and pointed a gun at one of the kids. They said they found it near the fence of the play ground. Then they took off. Unknown to where and if gun was real or not. Advised County Units.

9:11 p.m. – Shots Heard – Kern St. north of Belmont St. – OPD received a shots heard all, then male screaming. OPD in the area to COS. OPD advised will be on the west side of kern. Out with male subject. Advised County to respond. Male is being belligerent to OPD officers.

11:30 p.m. – Abandoned Vehicle – Turkey Pen/Fig Rd. – White truck, unoccupied, middle of road and possibly been wrecked.

Dec. 15

4:07 a.m. – Shots Heard – South of 450 Rd. north of 255 Rd. – RP advised neighbor shooting and possibly intoxicated.

11:46 a.m. – Threats – Walk-in report. 11:54 a.m. – Trespassing – 15000 block of N. Skyline Dr. – Advised tenants were evicting and supposed to be out the 10th but are still there tearing it up. Requesting a deputy to go by.

2:51 p.m. – Alarm – 1200 block of Alt. Hwy. 75 – Dining and living room trip. Advised homeowner not home. Advised can hear something on camera but can’t see anything.

5:20 p.m. – Alarm – 2500 block of Lincoln Rd. – Advised residential burglary alarm indicator kitchen motion.

6:08 p.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Dentonville/Pickering Ln. – Advised excavator in road.

8:35 p.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 8800 block of Hornbeam – Advised female subject standing outside of residence. Advised subject was saying someone was being murdered.

9:26 p.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Ferguson east of Bixby – Advised vehicles parked out at construction site.

10:19 p.m. – Burglary – 11000 block of Country Club Rd. – RP advised her mom had passed away recently so she is at the property to go through personal belongings. Advised it appeared to be broken into and items have been stolen.

11:28 p.m. – Disturbance – 15000 Ash Rd. – Advised step dad sitting in car blaring music and causing a disturbance. RP advised step dad is intoxicated and drove off in car for a short while and then came back.

11:47 p.m. – Assault and Battery – 16000 block of Happy Camp Rd. – Advised requesting County assistance in reference to male subject making threats to shoot fire fighters. Advised subject also threw cinder block at fire fighter.

Dec. 16

1:00 a.m. – Disturbance – 15000 block of Ash Rd. – RP advised step dad still in vehicle and blaring music. Advised he drove off then pulled back into driveway.

5:30 p.m. – Other – Wilson Schools – Security check.

10:02 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Beelino Rd. south of 251st St. – Native male with long hair, muscular dark colors.

2:53 p.m. – Larceny – 18000 block of S. 250 Rd. – Advised a subject is on the property taking things. Advised the property is in probate and knows that no one is supposed to be taking anything off the property.

6:43 p.m. – Welfare Check – 12000 block of N. 160 Rd. – advised no contact with mother in a month. Advised mother is married but no contact with her husband could be made. RP advised mother has known mental health problems. Requesting a welfare check.

6:49 p.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Hwy. 75/Conifer – Report of gray/black four wheeler sitting on east side of overpass with no one around. Next to stop sign.

6:54 p.m. – Hit and Run – SB Hwy. 75/221st – Advised white Chevy Impala struck a red Dodge pickup truck. Advised RP was following behind the speeding vehicle but lost it.

7:36 p.m. – Burglary – 18000 block of S. 250 Rd. – RP states that male is not owner of property. 8:34 p.m. – Animals – Bramble – Advised cow out on the road.

10:13 p.m. – Animals – NB Hwy. 75/Bristlecone – Advised black cow out on side of the highway.

Dec. 17

2:20 a.m. – Other – Twin Hills Schools – Security check.

3:22 a.m. – Animals – NB Hwy. 75 south of Cedar Rd. – Advised black cow out on highway.

3:49 a.m. – Burglary – 1100 block of N. 250 Rd. – Advised someone trying to break into house. Advised male subject jiggling door knob and knocking on the door trying to get in. RP advised looking through the peephole of the door. Subject seems to be driving a small white vehicle, four door older model. Advised he could hear the men talking. Advised has filet knife on his person. Advised tribal.

4:24 a.m. – Disturbance – 9900 block of N. 280 Rd. – Advised neighbors behind her residence are doing donuts in their vehicles and she can hear them. Requesting a deputy to tell them to stop before she goes outside and beat them up.

8:32 a.m. – Animals – 4200 block of Jones Rd. – Requesting a deputy to call him and advise him of what he can do with his neighbor’s cow that keeps coming on his property.

10:15 a.m. – Accident No Injury – I-40 MM 244 – MVA.

10:47 a.m. – Animals – 15000 block of Gardner – Requesting to speak to a deputy referencing her dog getting attacked.

10:50 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 800 block of S. Kern – RP advised he lives in #19 and seen a man crawling in the window of #24.

12:01 p.m. – Alarm – 16000 block of Loop 56 – Advised made contact with key holder and they woke up to three females in the hallway.

12:32 p.m. – Welfare Check – 10000 block of S. Polk Ave. – RP stated her boyfriend has kept her hostage for a few days. Called it into the water department in Preston. No weapons known.

4:25 p.m. – Property Damage – 23000 block of Harreld Rd. – RP advised he came home from work and noticed some of the screens on his windows had been cut like someone tried to break in.

5:59 p.m. – Accident No Injury – NB Hwy. 75 – Advised of Dodge pickup truck.

6:06 p.m. – Accident with Injury – SB Hwy. 75 north of 220 Rd. – Advised Jeep has hydroplaned off road into a ditch. RP advised Jeep is now on fire.

6:12 p.m. – Accident No Injury – NB Hwy. 75/Ferguson – Advised of two vehicle accident in intersection in front of Duck Creek Casino. Advised OHP.

6:53 p.m. – Accident No Injury – Hwy. 75 north of Cilia Berryhill – Advised of two vehicle accident. RP advised other driver is trying to flee the scene.

6:59 p.m. – Reckless Driver – SB Hwy. 75 – Advised road rage driver got out of his vehicle at Martin Luther King and slapped a semi. RP advised he then got back in his vehicle and kept driving.

8:38 p.m. – Burglary – 5700 block of Oak Ln. – Advised was out of town for two days and noticed back door is wide open and things are missing including gun case, curtains and other items..

9:38 p.m. – Accident No Injury – Happy Camp east of Hwy. 75 – Advised minor accident, possibly intoxicated. Advised tribal to contact CNLH. Advised OHP.

Dec. 18

12:10 a.m. – Drugs – One Fire Casino – CNLH advised searched subject and found illegal drugs. Advised holding for Okmulgee County.

12:14 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – N. 210 Rd./Smith Rd. – Advised past the game refuge at the four way stop. White Ford truck is sitting at the stop sign. Advised vehicle looks as if it had been in a wreck. Advised vehicle is still running with no head lights.

12:49 a.m. – Road Debris – 10000 block of Celia Berryhill – Advised District 2 of tree lying across the road. Not passable.

2:10 a.m. – Shooting/Shot Fired – 1500 block of S. Florida – Advised two individuals shooting at each other. Second RP advised one subject running down 20th St. with a gun in his hand. Advised subject running up and down the street shouting.

3:46 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – EB Hwy. 16/Bixby Rd. – Advised subject wearing blue jeans and sweater standing in the ditch on the south side of the road.

9:04 a.m. – Other – 21000 block of Grimes Rd. – Advised she can’t find her 30-year-old husband. Advised left last night while she was asleep and has multiple missed calls from him. Advised it is common for him to drive around to clear his mind but uncommon to not return home. Drives a white Ford F150.

12:27 p.m. – Accident No Injury – Kern/Seneca – Semi that has hit a power line. Advised County, OHP and OFD.

2:33 p.m. – Abandoned Vehicle – 310 Rd. south of Gun Club – Deputy out with vehicle on side of the road.

8:51 p.m. – Reckless Driver – SB Hwy. 75 passing Preston – Gray Toyota Tundra with possible Texas tag. Advised County Units, OHP and OPD. OPD at 8th and Wood.

10:02 p.m. – Alarm – 4200 block of Carter Rd. – Burglary alarm. No key holder. Received cancel from Alarm Company. Advised County Units.

11:35 p.m. – Reckless Driver – SB Hwy. 75 passing Red Neck Corner – Possible intoxicated driver. White Ford truck, no tag. RP in white Jeep Grand Cherokee. Advised County Units, OHP and OPD. OPD out with vehicle at Smith/Hwy. 75. 11:27 p.m. – Other – Hoffman Area – Patrol.

11:27 p.m. – Other – Hoffman Area – Patrol.

Dec. 19

3:42 a.m. – Other – Okmulgee Courthouse – Security check.

9:18 a.m. – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Ferguson Rd./160 Rd. – Grey Toyota Tundra keeps driving around area and pulling into people’s driveways. RP not home at moment and wants a call first.
