Funeral services for Alma Faye Purdom, 65, resident of Dustin, were Tuesday, Sept. 21 at Carson Baptist Church. Interment followed at Dustin Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral services for Alma Faye Purdom, 65, resident of Dustin, were Tuesday, Sept. 21 at Carson Baptist Church. Interment followed at Dustin Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Mrs. Purdom was born April 23, 1956 to Ralph Basquez and Mary Evelyn Basquez. She died Wednesday, Sept. 15 in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Purdom of the home; daughter, Amberly White and husband Loyd of Carson; son, Joshua Purdom of Dustin; daughter, Evelyn Rachel Smith of Dustin; daughter, Shayanna Grace Purdom of the home; mother, Mary Evelyn Basquez; 11 grandchildren, Kathyren, Leona, Allen, Maya, Rebecka, Andre, Hunter, Briar, Paris, Kortney and Mason; four sisters, Ann Rinhart of Wetumka, Maxine Roe and husband Mike of Savanna, Nina Creason and husband Ted of Preston and Lisa Ketchum and husband Billy of Indianola; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Basquez.
