Oklahoma District 3E Governor Dollie Wooddell (left) recently presented Henryetta Lions Club member Colleen Fowler with a Certificate of Appreciation for her dedication and hard work within the community. Wooddell presented the award on behalf of Lions Club International Director Judge Christopher Shea Nickells. Certificates of Appreciation are only presented to a select few Lions members. Out of over 1,000 members in the district, only three awards were presented. “The community we serve is very dear to our hearts,” Wooddell said to Fowler. “This certificate is a small token of our appreciation for all of your dedication and hard work.”
