A rollover accident occurred around 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday on I-40 eastbound near Henryetta exit 237. Henryetta Fire Department (HFD) Chief David Bullard reported Robert Wells Ribe was driving a utility boom vehicle, hauling a small SUV. Ribe was allegedly traveling from Tuttle to deliver the utility truck, owned by Equipment Technologies, Inc., to a job site. For an unknown reason, Ribe lost control and rolled the utility truck, causing several of the SUV’s windows to shatter. Chief Bullard said Ribe was transported by EMS to Hillcrest Henryetta where he was admitted with minor injuries. No accident report was available from Oklahoma Highway Patrol at press time.
