GAME SCHEDULED FOR 2:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 19, 2020

12:30 p.m. ticket booth and gate open.

POST-GAME CELEBRATION AND TROPHY PRESENTATION

Due to current social distancing guidelines and in the interest of the health and safety for all involved, NO FANS will be permitted to enter the playing field area at the CONCLUSION of the post-game trophy presentation due to COVID restrictions. No fans will have field access.

SIGNS, SPIRIT LINES AND NOISEMAKERS

Signs and banners with non-antagonistic language may be displayed on your side of the field.

A run-through sign is permitted for team entry. Inflatable entries are NOT permitted.

Spirit lines for team entry to the field are limited to spirit team members (cheerleaders).

Noisemakers are permitted at all OSSAA outside events unless the lead officials deem the noise to conflict with play on the field.

MASKS/FACIAL COVERINGS

Per the Governor’s executive order on November 16, facial coverings of masks over the mouth and nose are required to be worn at all times at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and other State properties.

The executive order excludes children 10 and younger.

All in attendance will be required to wear facial coverings or masks.

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN

In the event inclement weather causes a delay, the OSSAA Staff and designated Athletic Trainers will communicate with the spectators through the PA system with instructions on where to go for the safety of all spectators.

An Emergency Action Plan is contained below in this information packet.

Parking maps for NWOSU are located in this packet.

BERM SEATING

Seating on the berm is not permitted.

ADMISSION TICKETS

Tickets will be sold at the gate. Ticket prices are $10 for students and adults.

No online tickets will be sold. Children below school age are not required to have a ticket.

ADMISSION PASSES

Only the OSSAA 2020-2021 Complimentary Pass (this pass is green in color) along with photo ID will be accepted.

Coaches passes may be used at any gate.

CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY PHOTO OP

A table with the state championship trophy will be displayed at the north entrance of the Dean Linder Press Box.

VIDEO BROADCAST OF CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

All championship games will be streamed by the NFHS Network.

You may sign up for an NFHS Network subscription on NF-HSNetwork.com.

The cost is $10.99 for a 30-day subscription.

There will be no local streaming or student group streaming for the championship games.
