HYBSA suspends use of Nichol’s Park

Henryetta Youth Baseball and Softball Association (HYBSA) announced Tuesday that it will suspend any use of the fields at Nichol’s Park until further notice due to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in Henryetta and across Okmulgee County. Vince Williams, HYBSA president, spoke with Henryetta Mayor Jennifer Cummings Munholland and came to the decision to prohibit use of the fields for practice or games, encouraging teams eyeing for post-season success to find a safe environment to prep for the upcoming regional games.
